Return Policy and Warranty Upon obtaining a Return Authorization number from GarageTile.COM via email or fax, customers may return products under the following conditions: Any returns require the Customer to prepay freight charges for returned items. Products must be in the original packaging and be able to be resold. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Any items returned without an authorization number will be rejected. Warranty and Liability Limitations GarageTile.COM warrants its products by the manufacturer against defects in material and workmanship. Upon our discretion, GarageTile.COM will replace and/or repair any products shown to be defective within two (2) years from date of purchase. Product must be return shipped to GarageTile.COM with a valid return authorization number and any transportation paid in advance by the Customer. Only products sold by GarageTile.COM are covered by this warranty. This warranty does not include any installation or transportation, or replacement charges incurred by Customer, nor does it apply to products or components of another manufacturer used in conjunction with GarageTile.COM products.
